Wear and tear may result in the chrome finish being dulled or scratched over time. The guarantee applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. Cartridges are not covered as these are guaranteed for 12 months.
Before installation is carried out the customer must inspect the product for obvious defects. A claim will not be accepted if an obvious defect is found after installation.
