This product should be cleaned with warm soapy water only and polished with a clean, soft dry cloth.
Guarantee
The 10 year guarantee covers all manufacturing defects in a domestic environment. The guarantee does not cover damage during fitting, misuse or wear and tear. Wear and tear may result in the chrome finish being dulled or scratched over time. The guarantee applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. Cartridges are not covered as these are guaranteed for 12 months.
Before installation is carried out the customer must inspect the product for obvious defects. A claim will not be accepted if an obvious defect is found after installation.
