Mira

Mira was established in 1921 based in London. A manufacturing site was established in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire in 1937. Mira has led the way in UK showering for decades.

In 1937 they launched the world's first ever thermostatic shower, designed to make showering safe in hospitals and schools.

Mira mixer valves quickly became the standard for the shower market and in 1959 they unveiled the first thermostatic shower designed specifically for households in the UK. Mira mixers have remained firm favourites in the home ever since.

Despite Mira's successes they don't believe in standing still. Their groundbreaking Research and Development teams are constantly introducing new innovation and improvements to make showering even more of a pleasure. The high standards upheld means that Mira products are sought after worldwide and are now available in over 40 countries.
